I know right, what a contradictory title. And being always contradicting, I cooked these noodles for lunch even though I have never a) liked Hor fun style gravy nor b) been a fan of Tau Chiam noodles. Most people learn many things from their mother. How to sew a dress, how to “choose” a good husband (I don’t think this is teachable), how to be a good wife, how to live.
