When I get my hands on giant prawns like these, I like to airfry, grill or steam them for the best flavour! Today I decided to have some airfried prawns topped with lovely cheese for a quick and simple lunch. The best part? They’re ready in 7 minutes! (ok about 10-12 minutes if you count the cleaning but that’s not too bad at all!)
Cajun seafood boil is one of my favourite things to cook! Apart from fried rice, it is my ultimate clear fridge dish because ANYTHING tastes good with the old bay/cajun/garlic seasoning. Seafood works best of course!
