Ok, I swear I’ve been cooking other things apart from chicken, but I am very excited (yes by this chicken) and thought I should post this just in time for the weekend! Tender braised chicken thigh with a crispy skin, topped with mushroom sauce, served with corn and roasted tomatoes.. everybody should cook this tomorrow!
