Teochew Noodles 潮州面条

I originally bought these flat yellow noodles because I wanted to cook KL-Style Hokkien Mee. I decided instead to cook a much simpler dish of Teochew dry noodles. These noodles…

What we did in Yilan with kids: 4D3N itinerary

    July 2, 2023 /

Almost one month after my last post on Taipei Roader’s Plus Hotel, it’s time to update our trip from Day 1! It’s our first trip since COVID and Cdd’s first-ever overseas trip, so we were really looking forward to our adventure. Red Lantern Yilan 紅樓: Sensational Roasted Duck Nigiri!

    July 2, 2023 /

The star dish of the night has got to be the Roasted Duck Nigiri! You need to make advance reservations, so get your driver to help you call the restaurant, or make an online booking if you can read traditional Chinese (link…
