This time, we decided to try 皇家帝國麻辣火鍋 (Huang Jia Di Guo buffet hot pot), which according to our driver Hawk, is *the* hotpot 吃到飽 these days and it’s so hot that he’s been trying to make reservations himself but hasn’t been successful.
