Hi Sherilyn, use low fire to simmer. ‘Reduce slightly’ means to get the lid off and cook for a few minutes until the liquid reduces/evaporates to form a thick sauce :) Feel free to ask any questions! Anyone can be a good cook as long as there is heart!
