Many thanks for this so easy yet delicious recipe. I used roast pork ( diced ) in place of the chicken fillet. This is the first time ever I’m making this dish. Yep, I remove the casing all the time so that the meat will be softer, doesn’t get burnt so easily when frying and we don’t eat it unnecessarily. Try it next time you cook chinese sausages! :)
