Hi monay, sorry to hear about the stuck pretzels! Maybe you can try greasing the baking paper if you’re gonna make it the next time.. but I’m glad they turned out yummy though.. thank you for trying my recipe!

Only thing I had issue with was step 7, the baking soda bath. I realized I forgot to dip the pretzels in the baking soda water for my first batch (it turned out fine) but when I did it for my 2nd batch, the pretzels stuck to the parchment paper! :(

I decided to use a brush to swipe the baking soda water on my 3rd and 4th batch and the pretzels did not stick to the paper, only the edges of some.
