Hi Huixian, fish paste is what is used as Yong Tau Foo stuffing – the white stuff in between brinjal, bittergourd, tau kwa? You can google for “Yu Pin King Fish Paste”. It comes in a round plastic container usually placed together in the chiller section of the supermarket, where you would find fishballs. Hope this helps :)
