I don't use stock as I don't see a need to. Her porridge and meals are flavoured with a big variety of vegetables and meat so the flavours are from those and she's happy. I will be sharing a blog post on baby food preparation and tips soon!

Unfortunately the caregiver is not by my choice ? Anyways, I m still enjoying preparing her porridge.. at least I know what she's eating ? 爱心餐。I don't have a blender. I steam veg n meat while preparing the porridge. Then I mix them n keep in the thermal flask. Do you have a section in your blog on the different types of blend you add in the porridge for CBB? how abt the soup you used to prepare her porridge? thanks!

Hi! Can your caregiver prepare porridge and you just give her the pureed ingredients in the morning to add to the porridge? Look for another caregiver? LOL. Cos nanny usually include baby meals or you can teach her? I use the Philips Avent baby food maker a lot – the learning curve is practically zero. So all your caregiver needs to do it cook porridge (I’m sure she knows how to!), then steam and blend the ingredients all in one machine, then add on to the porridge. It’s quite idiot-proof.

Hi hi,

just wanna seek your advice on meals for my LO is currently 8 months old. I'm a working Mum and I send her to a caregiver who is not familiar with preparing of her meals. Thus, i prepare her porridge every morning and pack in thermal flask for her lunch. Do you have any recipes/suggestions/views on this? For eg, how can I do it in a more efficient way? thank you!
