Hi Chrissy… thanks for the ban mian recipe. Been hunting for the easy and nice recipe. I straight away went to ntuc and cook this fo dinner just now. Guess what… my hubby give rating 8/10! He said very nice… thank you soo much chrissy. I made little tweak since I am a muslim, I used 1 teaspoon of salty soya sauce and 1 tsp of lemon juice in replacement of the chinese cooking wine and I used chicken minced meat just now. Shall make this again this weekend for my inlaws! ;)

Btw, do you happen to have a great wantan char siew noodle recipe?
